Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 3 PM IST or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Domestic Shipping (India Only)

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors like public holidays or weather.

 

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping rate of ₹ 50 per order applies.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹ 1,500.

 

 

Packaging & Shipment

Orders are shipped in secure, sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit.

A machine-printed, scannable shipping label is used for efficient handling.

 

 

Order Tracking

You will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Use this tracking information to monitor your shipment directly on the courier's website.

 

 

Delivery Issues

Lost or damaged parcels: Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date; claims will be filed with the courier and resolved promptly.

Failed deliveries or RTO (Return to Origin): If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence of recipient, orders will be returned. We'll notify you to arrange redelivery or refund. RTO caused by incorrect shipping details may incur a handling fee.

 


Refunds & Returns

In case of non-delivery, damage, or manufacturing defects, you can request a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.


Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Items returned must be unused, in original packaging, with intact tags—unless defective.

**Sale items are non-refundable.**

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

 

 

Exclusions & Restrictions

Delivery to P.O. Boxes or military bases is not supported.

Shipping to restricted or high-risk areas may not be possible; customers will be notified if their PIN code is unsupported.
