Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

At VG Chashmewale, we aim to ensure every purchase brings you satisfaction. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, undelivered, or significantly different from its description, you may request a refund by emailing vg.chashmewale@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number, relevant photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue to help us process your request swiftly.

Upon receiving and (if applicable) inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method—whether credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank and Razorpay’s processing timelines. Generally, refunds via card take 5–10 business days, net banking 2–10 business days, UPI 2–7 business days, and wallet transfers can be almost immediate or take up to 3 days.

We provide standard refunds at no additional cost to you; however, the original Razorpay transaction fee and applicable GST charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If you opt for the Instant Refund feature via Razorpay, the refund will be credited to your account almost immediately, subject to a nominal fee deducted as per Razorpay’s terms. Should that instant refund fail or be unavailable for your payment method, we will revert to the standard refund processing timeline.

Once your refund request is initiated, you will receive a confirmation with a Refund ID and transaction reference from Razorpay. You can monitor its status using Razorpay’s Refund Tracker tool. If you don’t receive the refund within 10–12 business days, please email vg.chashmewale@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the matter, including assisting with a chargeback if necessary.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped—in which case we’ll provide a prepaid return label or cover the return cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the item remains your responsibility until it is received and inspected at our facility in Chashmewale, Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Refunds are not available for used items (unless defective) or for requests made more than 5 business days after delivery. Items marked “Sale” are final and non-refundable.
