Payments on our platform are processed securely via Razorpay and may include methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. You understand that final settlements may be subject to compliance checks, fraud reviews, or banking delays, in accordance with Razorpay’s procedures.

All product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative or refund. Shipping timelines, delivery charges, and procedures are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy; typically, orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Returns and refunds follow the guidelines laid out in our Shipping & Refund Policy. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via the original transaction method and apply only to unused, resale-worthy products with original packaging and tags intact. Items marked as “Sale” are non-refundable. Refunds are not immediate and may incur processing time due to banking channels.
